Ball Rolling and Deep Stretch 

This 45 minute instructional class will teach you how to use a lacrosse ball (or similar tool) to access deep muscle tension (knots, scar tissue and chronic tightness).  We will focus on the shoulders (including neck), upper/middle/lower back, hips and hamstrings and will include some yoga stretches to increase the flexibility in these areas.
